Early Childhood Assessment Team
ECAT provides a comprehensive, educational evaluation for children three to five years of age residing within the 6 school districts that make up the HBM Special Services Cooperative.
We evaluate the areas of speech and language, social, fine and gross motor, cognitive and preschool readiness skills. Members of the team include a school psychologist, an early childhood special education teacher / ECAT Coordinator, a speech language pathologist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, and a secretary. Other professionals may also serve on the team as needed.
